Press “start” on the Flip card and fill in the widget this initiates the first phase of the application
Upon receipt of the widget DLMS UA will assess the eligibility of the application, this is to ensure that the applicant is in good standing with DLMS UA. If this is OK, the applicant will receive a link to a page in myDLMS where they can upload preliminary information such as a general company presentation, financial statements and current quality accreditations, this is phase 2 of the application.
If The applicant is still eligible from phase 2, they will be issued a detailed questionnaire from which DLMS will ask for information about the organisation, the certification held by the laboratory, the processes currently in use, the equipment and the expertise. The applicant is then issued an invoice for processing the application of Euros xxxxx. This completes phase 3 of the application.
When the invoice has been paid, DLMS UA will audit all the data and presentations, this may result in an audit which may be carried out online and or at the applicant’s premises. When the audit has been completed the application is either accepted or rejected (with areas indicated for improvement).
The applicant will be asked to sign an agreement and when this is completed the application is complete.
