The latest release of the Object definitions file is V3.6 released on 25th August 2020.

Self testing and third party testing

The DLMS UA recognizes two types of testing: Self-testing and Third-Party testing

Self-testing: Test performed by the licensee on its own products or on products manufactured by one of its Affiliates registered with the DLMS UA.

Third party testing: Test performed by the licensee on a product of a third party. Any CTT licensee may act as a third party tester.
