Our Mission
To champion security and interoperability in the world of Energy and Water for smart devices and IoT, delivering world leading standardisation, certification and support for all smart devices across all communication protocols.
Objectives
- Create world class specifications for smart energy data exchange that provide a route to interoperable, secure and efficient devices and systems;
- Maintain the specification building on its versatility to meet new applications, use cases and communication technologies;
- Support the users of the specification;
- Certify that implementations are compliant to the specification;
- Promote the use of the specifications and standards to regulators, decision makers, implementers and users;
- Drive international standardization through liaisons with Standard Development Organizations and other organizations active on related fields.
